I have focused my career on delivering products and customer centric services, building and mentoring well trained teams, with an award winning multi-channel customer success strategy.

I was the Production Manager for Atari's television commercials, one of them won a Clio award. I served as the Product Manager for the Atari 600XL and 800XL computers and led their successful product launch across Europe.
At ViMart Corp., I further developed and marketed interactive kiosks that substantially increased consumer software sales for Sears and K-Mart stores nationwide. As Director of Marketing, at Aapps Corp., I was the first to market digital video capture and display products for the Macintosh, before Apple’s QuickTime technology existed.
I was recruited by Apple Computer in 1990 to be the Evangelist responsible for QuickTime and Firewire technologies. During my tenure at Apple, I was instrumental in the creation of many key strategic partnerships, as well as enlisting over 100 companies worldwide to develop QuickTime and Firewire based products. As Advanced Technology Evangelist, I was a key member of the team that managed the development and marketing of the successful 660 & 840 AV Macs.
In 1993 I founded Merlin Media, Inc., a successful Silicon Valley agency pioneering multimedia and creating web solutions for Fortune 500 companies as well as dot.com start-ups. My team designed and built a 30-station computer and interactive laserdisc system for Apple that ran for 2 years in their pavilion at Disney World's EPCOT Center. In 1995 I authored a book, Desktop Video Studio, published by Random House Electronic Publishing, and was honored by AV Video Multimedia Producer magazine as a Top 100 digital video producer.
In 2005 I merged my company with Interact Communications, Inc. As CTO and VP of Web Services I served dozens of community and technical colleges, providing market research, communication services, and Internet/web solutions.
Since founding my own company, I have built and managed hundreds of corporate and higher education websites, as well as creating dozens of multimedia CD/DVD products.
